Everyone’s Nicklemasmasmas payment link should now work. If it doesn’t please email webadmin@viperfaction.co.uk

To edit your details follow your payment link from your email and click on your name. If you haven’t already paid you’ll have to do this quickly before it redirects you to PayPal, or just pay first and go back to the link afterwards.

Please make sure your food choices are correct as these will be sent to the venue on January 5th and we’ll frown at you if you want to change them after that!

If you booked a space last time around, your space is still safe even if it’s not letting you pay or telling you the event is full. Once we’ve got tonight’s bookings out of the way we will sort this out for you. If you are desperate to pay use PayPal, choose Send Money and send it to paypal@viperfaction.co.uk

If you are booking a space tonight, you will not be able to pay immediately. We have a very strict booking limit on the event and to avoid any unpleasantness we will invoice you once we have check everything is in order.

Ok, sorry for the delay The last spaces for Nickelmasmasmas will go on sale at 8pm on Wednesday 14th December I’m sorry if this is a bad time for people but there’s no way we will please everyone and we wanted to avoid another Sunday evening. We had a small bug with the new booking system when we first released places which allowed people to complete their booking even when the places had sold out. If this happens this time (we hope we have fixed it) we regret that we will have to cancel bookings that come in once the spaces are full – this is due to a strict numbers limit on the venue.

You can now book for Nicklemasmasmasmas.

As we’ve changed booking systems you’re going to have to fill your details in again, sorry. We working on making the booking system easier to use by the time we open the next event’s bookings, whenever that may be, so please just put up with us for now!

Please don’t assume we’ll save you a space for some special secret squirrel reason, we won’t. You can even book without paying and you can book on behalf of other people, so there’s really no excuse!

Bookings for Nicklemasmasmas will open on Sunday 27th November at 18:00 GMT
There will be 60 spaces initially
You can book without paying (if waiting for payday) but please make sure you do pay when you can so we don’t have to chase people.
If you wish to arrange alternative payment please contact Luggage after making your booking.

If you go to book and find you cannot book as a player it either means the event is sold out or not set to be bookable yet. Try waiting 30 seconds and refreshing if you are booking at 6 on the dot or contact us if a few hours are past, although the likelyhood is that it’s sold out

For £30 you can be treated to a 3 course meal and an evening of role play!

More details will be coming soon, but to help with logistics and things please note the following:

For this event Stab in the Back LRP are not responsible for arranging your accommodation. However we can give you a range of options to give you an idea of what is on offer locally.
The venue, the Donnington Park Farmhouse Hotel, has rooms available for the night. These will need to be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Rates are £75 for a double/twin or £55 for a single. They also have a camping field which is stumbling distance from the Barn. Prices are £10 for a two man tent, £16 for a bell tent and £21 for an Imperror size tent. There is no additional charge per person for camping. Camping pitches do not need to be booked in advance, just ask at the Hotel Reception on the day.
The Hotel is very close to East Midlands Airport and so there are quite a few cheap hotels within a two mile radius. “

This year’s Nicklemasmasmasmasmasmas event will be held on 21st January 2012 at Donnington Park Farmhouse Hotel. Tickets will go on sale at the end of this month but will not be using the normal event booking system so please keep an eye out for details.

We’ll also soon be making some awesome Viper T-Shirts available to buy so look out for those too!
