It is my great pleasure, on behalf of the Regency, to invite you to this year’s Nicholasmasmas celebrations.
At this time the ancient spirit departs his eternal icy prison and undertakes the task that is his torture and penance.
The year renews and we consider the events of the past year and look forward to those of the new. Nicholas is a judge, not a benevolent spirit, consider your actions and reflect. Your gift, should he send you one, is what you deserve. Refuse it at your peril.
In celebration of his 16th birthday Prince Wilhelm will be requesting that the Regency organises a great banquet at his expense for this year’s celebration.
The Nicholasmasmas feast will be held the Hall at Grax on the twenty first day of the first month. Please inform us of your attendance in writing. I would like to thank the guild of Igors who have agreed to staff the celebration for us.
Guests from other Nations may be bought if there is sufficient space after Teutonian citizens have been catered for. Should you wish to bring a Foreigner or Fey with you please make this known in your response. You will be held responsible for the behaviour and appearance of your guest if they are allowed to attend. If you wish to bring a Tarantula please report for execution immediately. If you wish to bring Katrina Diamecht please ensure she is only mostly dead so the fun can be shared.
Dress shall be formal or dress uniform for the Military. Persons dressed inappropriately will be ejected at the door as will Were’s who cannot behave.

- Spit-roasted Pork Loin in Cider Sauce

Accommodation
For this event Stab in the Back LRP are not responsible for arranging your accommodation.
The venue, the Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel, has rooms available for the night. These will need to be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Rates are £75 for a double/twin or £55 for a single.
They also have a camping field which is stumbling distance from the Barn. Prices are £10 for a two man tent, £16 for a bell tent and £21 for an Imperror sized tent. There is no additional charge per person for camping. Camping pitches do not need to be booked in advance, just ask at the Hotel Reception on the day.
The Hotel is very close to East Midlands Airport and so there are quite a few cheap hotels within a two mile radius.
